Notice from the Ditidaht Membership Clerk
I (Karen Mack) will be travelling to the following locations to do Certificate of Indian Status Cards for Ditidaht Membership only, at the Ditidaht ‘Village Plan Update’ meetings.
Date: Saturday, November 30th, 2019
Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: ‘Arrowsmith Room’ BW Barclay Hotel, Port Alberni
AND
Date: Sunday, December 1st, 2019
Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: ‘Bowen Complex Clubhouse’, (500 Bowen Rd.) Nanaimo
What you need to bring with you:
- 2 pieces of valid i.d. (one primary picture i.d., and one secondary i.d.) NO PHOTO COPIED ID PLEASE.
- If you are renewing a status card, please bring the expired card with you.
- $4 cost for your new card.
It will be a First Come First Serve basis,
there will be a sign-up sheet.
I will also have other forms with me.
